How to find correct battery for your device?
1. Please remove the old battery from the device.
2. Find the model number on the label of battery.
3. Compare the model number with the compatible models in our product description, if they are the same, that is correct battery for your device.
Correct steps to install a laptop battery：
1. Turn off the laptop and disconnect the AC power.
2. Open the back cover of laptop, unscrew screws of the old battery one by one, then disconnect the connection between the old battery and the motherboard.
3. Remove the old battery, then install the new battery carefully to its position, reset and tighten the removed screws, and connect the cable of the new battery.
4. Connect the AC power and turn on the laptop.
5. Discharge the new battery to 5% (not 0%), then charge fully and cycle 3-4 times is the best way to wake up a new battery.
Installing new battery frequently asked question solution:
Q: Why my laptop can't recognize this battery or it doesn't seem to work when installing?
A: 1. Please check if the interface is clean to make sure it is fully connected.
2. The residual power stored in the laptop components which was preventing the battery from working properly. Please disconnect the old battery, and hold down the power button for 20 seconds, then connect the new battery. This drains the residual or flea power and the battery will be functional properly once it's reassembled.
Q: New battery can be charged fully, but why it will be shut down without AC adapter?
A: 1. Please check whether the laptop power management option settings are protected. If yes, please reset it again.
